Improving nutrition affects every aspect of health and wellbeing, including how easily we catch, and deal with, colds and flu, how well our digestion works, how inflamed our joints become, our daily energy levels, our ability to concentrate and how well we might fall asleep and stay asleep, as well as specific conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, diabetes, mental health issues and arthritis. In her practice she has seen disease conditions completely reversed due to nutritional changes.
